Railway Safety Services, LLC. is a privately owned Ohio-based company that performs a range of services in the rail industry. The company was founded in 2013 by Joseph A. DelGallo and John C. Casto with the intention of finding solutions to common industry problems. It began its effort by performing railcar reflectorization and remarking services, eventually venturing into railcar repair. In 2015, the company's repair division broke away into its own subsidiary - Ohio Freight Car Services, LLC. and the company added railcar sourcing, fleet management, and turnback & inspections to its list of services. Through the company’s network of partners, it also provides railcar storage and consulting.
